Jubilee deputy secretary general Pauline Njoroge and two other people are yet to be produced in court in Malindi more than 24 hours after their arrest.

Police in Watamu, Kilifi County are still holding Pauline and their colleagues.
Coast Times Digital has spoken to Njoroge lawyers who have tried their best to have her produced in court in vain.
The lawyers include Ndegwa Njiru, Suleiman Lempaa and Sophia Rajab who according to them no indication that the three will be produced in court as expected due to lack of registration records at Malindi law court.
“There are no registration records at the Malindi Law Courts to indicate that the trio will be produced in court. Our inquiries at the Watamu police station hit a dead end as the officer in charge of the station told us that they had strict instructions not to produce them in any court until they get orders from above,” he told reporters in Malindi.
The three Pauline Njoki Njoroge, Jane Mwangi Nduta and Emanze Jilani, a driver were allegedly arrested after the car they were travelling in was intercepted by detectives along the Watamu- Jakaranda road on Friday.
They were allegedly found in possession of narcotics drugs upon search of the car and their hotel rooms.
Meanwhile, the driver’s family called on the police to release their relative who was just a driver caught in a political fiasco.
They said that Jilani is being wrongfully accused alongside Njroge and her colleague since he was just carrying out his duty of ferrying clients.
Jubilee leaders led by Deputy Chairperson Beatrice Gambo alongside other members have camped at the Watamu police station seeking the release of the three.
Calls have been made across the opposition for President William Ruto to stop victimizing innocent citizens who differ from his leadership.
Njoroge was arrested some minutes after posting her picture in Watamu and several posts accusing the Ruto administration of being involved in the killing of innocent locals in the western region.
