Kwale ĶUPPET Executive Secretary Leonard Oronje said that the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) has paid salaries but not union dues adding that their grievances have not been acted upon. The teachers argue that such actions are demoralising and represent hypocrisy and betrayal.
