The police officer who was alone in a RAV-4 vehicle was heading to Likoni from Msambweni. Reports indicate that the driver lost control of the vehicle before rolling and plunging into the Mwachema River. The incident attracted Diani and Tiwi residents and passers-by thronging the scene in disbelief wanting to know what may have caused the accident. By reporter President William Ruto has launched the first phase of an affordable housing project in Kwale Town, Matuga Sub-County.
