    Nominated MCA Elizabeth Mjeni annouce bid for woman member of parliament seat

    A second time nominated MCA Elizabeth Mjeni has announced her intention to view for Kwale county woman member of parliament in 2027.

    Mjeni urged Kwale locals to support her bid saying she has required experience for the position.

    Speaking in Kwale town on Thursday during a prewedding event, the MCA said that she’s ready to serve locals in a new capacity.

    The vocal MCA was first nominated in 2017 through Jubilee party and 2022 by UDA to represent the youths.

    She is joining other leaders who have shown interest of unseating current MP Fatuma Masito who was elected on an ODM party.
