    Angry man hit high court judge car with a stone in Kwale to ‘send an unspecified message to visiting president William Ruto’

    A suspect has been arrested and booked at Kwale police station after hitting a high court judge Hon Andayi Weche Francis car windscreen with a stone.

    The angry man at the Kwale law court caused tension in what looks like sending an unspecified message to president William Ruto as he tours Kwale county.

    Eye witnesses said the man shouted while hitting the high court judge’s car in Kwale before he was arrested and taken to Kwale police station.

    The high court judge Hon Andayi Weche Francis was not in the car during the attack.

    Police are investigating the incident to ascertain the reason behind the attack.

    President William Ruto is expected commission ICT hub at Kiwegu,LungaLunga constituency and last mile connectivity project.

    Ruto will then head to Mkongani in Matuga to open Mkongani hospital theatre before issuing title deeds to Gazi residents in Msambweni and commission the affordable housing project at the White house in Diani.
