Rophine Field Group of Schools has proudly opened its first campus in Kwale County, marking an exciting development in the region’s educational landscape.
Strategically located in Diani, the campus is set to serve the growing demand for quality education, emphasizing a blend of academic excellence, community involvement, and modern facilities.
An elaborate launch of the facility was made in August.
The new campus aims to provide students with an environment where they can explore, learn, and develop essential skills that prepare them for the future.
From early childhood programs to primary and Junior Secondary School levels, Rophine Field Group of Schools offers a comprehensive curriculum that combines national and international educational standards, ensuring that students receive a well-rounded foundation.

The Rophine Field Group of Schools CEO Boniface Owiti speaks in an interview at Trade WInds Beach in Diani, Kwale County on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
The investor also owns three other schools in Nairobi.
The Group’s CEO Boniface Owiti said the school’s approach focuses on academic achievement and social, emotional, and physical development, nurturing young minds in a holistic way.
The Diani campus boasts state-of-the-art facilities, including modern classrooms, a library, science and computer labs, and sports amenities, designed to enhance both learning and physical activities.
Owiti said the facility provides students with hands-on learning experiences, allowing them to engage in scientific experiments, creative arts, and sports, which are essential in cultivating well-rounded individuals.
“We are focused on unveiling the best CBC curriculum with a touch of international taste,” he said.
The school has also incorporated technology into its teaching methods, making use of digital tools to create an interactive and dynamic learning experience.
The CEO said Rophine Field Group of Schools has prioritized recruiting highly qualified and dedicated teachers committed to providing quality education.
He said with a low student-to-teacher ratio, the institution ensures personalized attention for each child, fostering an inclusive atmosphere where all students feel valued and supported.
Owiti said teachers have been trained to nurture creativity, critical thinking, and leadership skills, enabling students to become confident and responsible citizens.
He said the opening of the new campus in Diani reflects the commitment of  Rophine Field Group of Schools to expand educational opportunities within Kenya.
“By setting up this campus, we are not only catering to local families but also attracting students from neighboring regions, bringing diversity and cross-cultural interaction to the school community,” he said.
Chief Principal of Rophine Field Group of Schools, Bii Thomas said that they not only aim to expand within Kenya but are also looking forward to launching schools internationally, bringing their unique educational model to a global stage.

Teachers and school management launch a mini-marathon competition at the Rophine Field Groups of School in Diani, Kwale County on Sunday, October 27, 2024.
Thomas said the institution offers a comprehensive educational experience that goes beyond academics.
“We make our schools a home away from home by providing unique and enriching experiences both during and after school hours,” he said.
Thomas said that plans are underway to establish comfortable, high-standard accommodations, providing students with a safe and homelike environment where they can thrive academically and socially.
“Soon, the boarding facility will be fully operational, giving our students the convenience and comfort they need to make the most of their school experience,” he added.
He said Rophine Field Group of Schools prides itself on creating spaces where students feel supported, offering modern amenities and highly qualified teachers.
Thomas said Kwale people should expect more as the institution not only intends to improve the quality of education but also nurtures professionals in different learning activities.
