Speaking in Kwale while opening his executive members training after they were vetted by county assembly and sworn in recently, Mung’aro said that issues of resource wastage and corruption will not be tolerated.

“As you can see CECs are being taken through training session so that they can understand my manifesto and dream for Kilifi for implementation purpose,” he told Coast digital.

He was accompanied by his deputy governor Flora Mbetsa and county director of administration Martin Mwaro.

Mung’aro made the remarks at Leopard beach resort where the county executive members three days training is taking place.

“Some of the training is to ensure they understand how to use the taxpayers money because it is not our money. So that we don’t get questions of how we have spent money,” he said.

Earlier Mung’aro paid Kwale Governor Fatuma Achani a courtesy call.

The two Governor pledged to work together.
